Marketing Department:

The role of the marketing department is to give maximum exposure to our clients (AUI artists, your musician friends), as well as form potential business partners. This will be done in two major ways, which is IRL marketing and social media marketing. IRL marketing is simply “in-real-life” marketing and will mainly consist of visiting strategic places to advertise our club through flyers, stands, and merch. On the other hand, social media marketing will consist of creating digital content (posts, stories, reels, posters, teasers) to advertise our club.Positions available:- Graphic designer: Working with other graphic designers to create and edit posters and social media posts, making designs for merch (t-shirts, stickers, hats, hoodies).- Video Editor: Working on editing major content such as music videos and videos posted to the YouTube Channel (interviews, vlogs).- Salesperson: Being responsible for greeting people at stands and answering any questions they have, responsible for IRL marketing campaigns (going up to people to talk to them).

Creative Department

The creative department's role is to assist AUI artists in developing their creativity and sound. Our department will concentrate on songwriting, recording, and producing. It is our responsibility to structure the artist's product, as well as their ideas, in an artistic manner. This will be accomplished by forming a strong team that will work with aspiring artists to sculpt their own style and convert their ideas, whatever phase they are at, into a product that they will be satisfied with. We will accomplish this in multiple stages before delivering the final artwork.Positions available:- Songwriter: Engaging with artists on the lyrical construction of their songs and assisting them in making their ideas a reality.- Musician: Apart from being able to play an instrument, musicians must have a basic understanding of recording as they are the ones who will take the artist's ideas and record them using the facilities provided by the club or if they wish, the artist.- Producer: Being in charge of recording, editing, mixing, and mastering the songs to ensure that the product is ready to be released on streaming platforms.

Event Organization Department

The role of the event organization department is to manage and schedule upcoming events for our artists to showcase their songs as well as perform. This department's job will consist of preparing and bringing the material needed for all upcoming events and finding convenient locations where our artists will perform, whether on campus or outside the campus. We will additionally be responsible for the sound in order for both the artist and spectators to have a better experience.Positions available:- Decoration Team: Take care of decorating events and making the stage ready for performances.- Sound Engineer: Help with sound management.- MC: A funny, outgoing, team that will help keep the crowd engaged and allow them to have a good time.- Stage Manager: Help make performances go smoothly.- Photographer: Take high-quality pictures and videos for us to later recall and remember our events.- Handy Person: Be able to get there on command to move material around.
